Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on 9/1/23 found that Independent Home Health Care LLC, had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart F. Chapter 601 and Subpart A. Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint survey completed on 7/13/23.
